Aims-

To maintain a culture of encouragement which guides individuals into and supports them within the coaching profession
To create a pathway which leads coaches to achieve professional excellence
To sustain and retain the skills of coaches within the programme to afford the same opportunities to coaches in the future

Objectives-

To encourage all individuals to become involved in and achieve excelence through the coaching of sport
To identify opportunities for coaches to increase their knowledge of both sport and coaching
Offer opportunities for coaches to maintain current and obtain forther proffessional qualifications and experience.
To identify and provide challenging situations for coaches to take the lead in demonstrating and developing new skills
To provide honest and constructive feedback to coaches in all situations of work, to stengthen the sentiments of the above aims & objectives
